Michelle trained at Scarborough Dance Center from ages 9-18. Michelle competed with the SDC teams for 6 years and traveled regionally and won top scores. She taught at SDC before attending college at the University of Maine where she received a Bachelor of Science in Child Development and Family Relations and double majored in Communication. Michelle minored in Dance and was part of the UMaine Dance Team, performing at UMaine football and basketball games. Michelle is the President of a non profit organization called Junior Achievement of Maine that empowers young people to own their economic success by educating K-12th grade students about work readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy. Michelle is warm and compassionate and has an infectious smile. Students and parents alike love Michelle as a dance teacher and great role model.
